At some point along the journey we have to face situations that are uncomfortable. In some cases we have to face those issues head on, while there are others we can simply walk away from. For the really big difficulties we face, the decision to walk away may seem the easiest and most comfortable, but we need to consider the repercussions of our actions for the future.. At some point the difficulty will have to be resolved. For the most difficult situations, you can compare it to peeling off a band-aid. Do you peel it off as fast as you can and get it over with? Or would you peel it very slowly, taking your time to contemplate each and every tiny pull and watch as each hair is ripped from the adhesive. Each decision helps to shape our character. Who are you? What kind of person do you want to be? If you hold true to who you are and your personal beliefs, you will be amazed at how strong you can be in the face of adversity.
